Effective Date: 9 April 2026
By engaging with Fusion Performance services, you agree to the following terms:
1. Services
Fusion Performance provides:
- Performance psychology coaching
- Leadership development
- Workshops and consultancy
Services are designed to support performance, decision-making, and behaviour under pressure. Outcomes depend on client engagement and application.
2. Client Responsibility
Clients agree to:
- Engage fully and professionally in sessions
- Take responsibility for implementing strategies
- Communicate honestly and respectfully
3. Booking and Payment
- All sessions must be booked in advance
- Fees will be agreed prior to delivery
- Payment must be made in line with agreed terms
- Fusion Performance reserves the right to withhold services for non-payment
4. Cancellation Policy
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any session
- Cancellations made within 24 hours may be charged in full
- Missed sessions without notice will be charged at the full rate
For workshops and programmes:
- Cancellation terms will be outlined in the relevant
- proposal or agreement
Deposits (if applicable) may be non-refundable
5. Confidentiality
All coaching sessions are treated as confidential.
Exceptions apply where:
- There is a risk of harm to the client or others
- Disclosure is required by law
6. Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, and tools (including Fusion Performance models and resources) remain the intellectual property of Fusion Performance.
They may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Fusion Performance is not liable for:
- Decisions made by clients following coaching or consultancy
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss
8. Changes to Services
We reserve the right to modify services where necessary to maintain quality and effectiveness.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
